RURAL HOUSE POLICIES
|The above policies are fully agreed between both parts in terms of booking accommodation. The client is fully and exclusively responsible for the correct statement of the provided information at the time of the booking. In no case more people than stated in the reservation may be admitted, if any need to accommodate a larger number of people this must be notified to authorize your accommodation.THE HOUSE ADMINISTRATION CAN LEGALLY REFUSE TO ALLOW ENTRY TO PEOPLE NOT DECLARED.|
|Rates||Prices include:The accommodation per contracted dates, water consumption on a normal daily basis, electricity and gas, bed and bathroom linen, household appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, furniture and cleaning before entry. During the stay the cleaning is borne by the client.|
|Responsibility of the client||The customer is responsible of the appropriate use of facilities, furnishings and appliances, as well as damage, breakages or losses occurring during their stay, which shall be subject to payment or compensation to the owner of the accommodation.The House is rented clean and in perfect use. It must be returned in identical conditions, otherwise the amount corresponding to the cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.|
|Payments terms||Reservation: Advance by bank transfer.Remaining ammount: to be paid at arrival, by cash.|
|Cancellation and Deposit||The following cancellation fees apply:More than 30 days in advance 0% of the deposit.Less than 30 days in advance 100% of the deposit.A deposit of €100 to may be requested, which will be returned within 24 hours after verification of cleanliness and/or possible damage.|
|Check-in and Check out||Check in time will be from 14h on the arrival day. Check out before 12 noon on the day of departure.In the event of failure to comply with these times the corresponding schedule must be agreed beforehand|
|Acceptance of terms and conditions||The requested accommodation involves the express acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the General Policies. All claims involving the customer and the organizing agency and the owner may be, undergo the jurisdiction of tribunals of Granada, renouncing any other jurisdiction.|
1. Theft, loss or damage that may occur to customers during their stay.
2. Electric, water or gas cut supply, and under construction works to the Town Hall or other companies outside the Rural housing that could be made close by
3. Breaking appliances or any other device that is part of the accommodation must be reported immediately to carry out the corresponding notice to the technical service.
Non-attendance by this service will not be cause for any compensation.
4. Any type of major casualty, natural disasters or similar cause preventing the enjoyment of Rural housing facilities.
